Description

We have a need for a migration tool, as the schema progresses.

Example (for new addition of foundations reference):

When a mood field is present, tag it as vedana, and move the mood field to metadata. Also, only prompt for mood (optional) when it's a vedana observation.

Otherwise, keep default to dhamma.
